Direct-Hire Contingent Staffing (most popular)

Adams Workforce Solutions provides direct‑hire contingent staffing designed to help companies secure top talent without the upfront risk. You only pay when the right candidate is successfully hired, giving you access to a dedicated recruiting partner with no financial commitment until results are delivered.

We offer several flexible payment options, along with guarantees, and payment periods for our contingent services. We will always work with you in order to meet at agreeable terms that work for your company and budget.

Popular payment options

  • 12% of the candidate’s first year’s salary (our lowest contingent rate)

  • 15% of the candidate’s first year’s salary

  • 20% of the candidate’s first year’s salary

  • 25% of the candidate’s first year’s salary

    (All come with flexible payment due dates and guarantee periods. The length of these will depend on the price option chosen)

Direct-Hire Flat Fee (no guarantee)

This format is much like our contingent model. However, our staffing fee is not based off of what the candidate earns during their first year.

This is a great model to choose when you are looking to hire for a much lower-level role than you would typically pay recruiting fees for, or if you find yourself in a pinch and need to hire quickly. Especially because our fees will be much smaller than the standard contingent model.

Retained Search Services

Retained search is a premium, partnership‑driven recruiting service designed for high‑impact, hard‑to‑fill, or confidential positions. With this model, Adams Workforce Solutions becomes your dedicated recruiting partner, committing focused time, resources, and expertise to deliver the strongest talent in the market.

This service is ideal for leadership roles, specialized technical positions, and any hire where precision, confidentiality, and deep market reach are essential. You receive priority attention, consistent communication, and a search process tailored specifically to your organization’s needs.

Payment breakdown

  • 1/3 of the fee upfront Secures the engagement and initiates the search process.

  • 1/3 at shortlist presentation Paid when a slate of qualified, vetted candidates is delivered.

  • 1/3 upon successful hire Final payment made when your chosen candidate accepts the offer.

This structure ensures shared commitment, transparency, and steady progress throughout the search.

For Candidates

  • Resume writing & formatting -$50 flat fee

  • Career coaching & guidance -$80/hr.

  • Placement with one of my client companies is completely free
